This report optionally contains all of the information you have entered about an Object. It is sent to a Previewer first, giving you the option of printing all pages, printing a range of pages, or canceling.

 

 

 

 

Combined with the Query Wizard, you have the ability to print a sub-set of all of the Objects in the database. In addition, you have the option to print or not print the following information about each Object:

 

•Images

•Condition

•Events

•Appraisal

•Provenance

•Notes
