The Object's Condition page lets you record and edit an unlimited number of Condition notes about this Object. Each time you handle the Object or do a survey of the collection, you can record your assessment of the Object's condition. This will give you a history of the condition assessments that you've made since the Object was put into the archive.

 

 

 

Here is the form that will open if you click on the Insert or Change buttons:

 

 

 

Condition Date - enter a valid date - Required - you can click on the button to the left of the entry box to call up a calendar look-up window.

 

Summary - a maximum of 25 characters - Required - Condition Summary - enter a word or two to describe the condition (Good, Fair...)

 

Assessor - a maximum of 30 characters - Person performing the condition assessment

 

Notes - a maximum of 1,000 characters - Condition details
